So our Favourites feature came out two days ago and we couldn’t be more happy by it’s adoption.
The uptake has been phenomenal. We’ve found that 67% of the userbase has chosen a favourite gift at least once since we launched the feature.
I really wanted to give people the ability to take control of their giving and this is the first step in a long series of updates aiming to give people more choice.
I want people to feel invested in JellyChip and this means that they need to feel like their impact matters.
And I don’t just mean Impact in the charity giving sense - but also their impact on the community and their sense of purpose in JellyChip.
When people have control over their giving this is a great way to keep them invested in the app. I know for one that I want to choose my impact.
And with the current technical limitations of Lifeline, this is a great way to move towards that.
