I still think we’re missing a key element of JellyChip.
Right now it’s like a “cleansed” echo-chamber in Feed and that needs to change. What we really need is community involvement and that’s probably what’s going to grow our app. But that's probably going to come from charities showing us pictures of our giving there - and that's unlikely to happen any time soon.
What users are not be able to do is post images because that might clog up Feed. This will be reserved exclusively for charities to reduce the incidence of spam. But I should be able to post update pics on their behalf... if we had them.
Over the next couple of months we intend to create a Lifeline Feed ban (for naughty people). Whenever a naughty person messages in Feed they will be banned from the app, and Feed is kept safe and clean for all other people to message. Verified users can keep talking and updating JellyCitizens on the impact they’re making without being swamped by hundreds/thousands of naughty people messaging the same stuff.
Plus I’ll create “Channel Rules” which I’ll post here sometime next week.
