However if we were to find a CPM (cost per impression) reward video provider then this could be our saviour.
It could be a way for users to earn points easily in their downtime and keep them inside JellyChip without us having to push them to another app.
Killing three birds with one stone would be awesome: 1) users keep earning and hanging around, 2) we make money to keep this going, 3) we change more and more lives!
So this is why Unity Ads is going to be a huge gamble for us, but potentially a huge win for JellyChip. I’ll spend the next few days going over their SDK documentation and seeing whether we can implement it.
It should be pretty simple. Then I’ll try and work out the best implementation for JellyChip. I think our current design is completely wrong - ads shouldn’t sit in the Surveys List.
It should sit exclusively in its own section so users actually watch ads.
Anyway that’s a thought for another time. For now it’s time to read up on what they’re doing with Reward Videos.
