We still need to fix a number of things with the timer and that’s frustrating.
We performed some serious tests on creating a “customisable” timer yesterday (one that we could change in the JellyChip admin panel without having to submit an update to the App Store or Google Play) and it started to refunded users more points than they spent for a failed gift!
Luckily this was only on the test server but we have to find a fix. We have to make the timer slightly longer for gifts, albeit not by very much, based on what the community has felt. We also need to be able to do that from JellyChip’s end.
I’m sure we’ll find a fix today though as it seems to be a small issue somewhere.
Then we’ll have a gift timer that we can speed up or slow down as we see fit, and one that switches between gifts with minimal downtime.
